For years, I was stuck in the same cycle you might be in right now.

Cramping calves. Shin splints. Lower back pain. Sciatica. And a growing list of things I couldn't do anymore.

I saw physio after physio. They all gave me stretches and isolated exercises — one area at a time. I did everything they said. But the moment I tried to run again — bam — that familiar tightness came straight back.

I knew there had to be a better way. So I spent years learning, experimenting, and completely re-educating myself about how the body actually works.

I've been doing this since 2012. I hold an honours degree in Sport and Fitness from the University of Brighton, and I'm a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Mobility Coach.

Is this for me because I don't exercise?

Yes! If you not doing any exercise or have never been doing anything has no impact on your ability to do this program. I have designed simple, easy to follow system that you will do in your own pace, You can always pause video and keep practicing moves if you find you want to explore your body.

What is involved?

Over the next 10 days, I'll be personally guiding you through a specific set of steps to gain mobility.

It's free, but one thing I do need is for you to show up.

I need you to commit to following the process each day, otherwise I can't help you!

Why is it free? Are there any hidden costs?

I operate a give-first business model. I want to help you and show what is possible just in few minutes a day and hopefully if we work together you will get such a great result over the next 10 days that you will naturally want to keep going.

I am not very technical person could I still do this challenge?

Yes, Challenge will be hosted in WhatsApp group. So if you have this Application you are advanced enough.

What if i don't have enough time?

If you don't have 5-10 minutes to yourself in a day - prfioritize YOURSELF ! Rethink and let's go, what's the worst that can happen? You COULD gain yourself bendier body.

I am worried that I wont be able to do all the exercises as I am Injured?

Look — first and foremost, you need to start moving.
Movement doesn’t have to be perfect; in fact, there’s no such thing as perfect movement.
You simply need to move in any way your body allows first. Once you restore movement, then we can fine-tune it.
Listen to your body and move in the way you can — that’s where real progress begins.
